My boyfriend here is an alien; I am, of course, an American with a working visa (all up to date), and a natural blond, thank you very much!! Anywho, He had an appointment this past Monday to get his paperwork stamped (he has to go to the interplanetary immigration office every 2 months to do this). When he got there, something happened. They said he overstayed. He and his space ship are now being held in the detention center at the space agency thingy.

I read over his paperwork and it was up to date, no overstaying! I have already contacted the office there and they said they would not answers any question over the phone except to tell me the office hours and that I can visit him for only 10 minutes. We are planning to get married but I am not sure how to proceed now. I have contacted the X-files but they cannot do anything.

My question is: how are we supposed to get married? Can we get married? Will it be legal at all? Will the Earth’s population recognize him as my spouse? (The paperwork to file here looks extremely complicated for an American and an alien. I am not sure they would recognize an alien?) I need help, please...He calls me everyday and his secret transponder and he is sounding worse and worse. He is from the planet Zelniack and from what I have read online...they are not well received here in regards to staying.

Also would it be easier for him to leave Earth and try to go to another planet and then I can go there? I really need help. Any and all guidance would be greatly appreciated.
