Hydrogen peroxide in Japan

Does anyone know what the Japanese word(s) for hydrogen peroxide are? I need a 3-5% solution, and the contents of the mysterious brown bottles at the pharmacy are anyone`s guess. Likewise, rubbing alchohol? (h/p is for mouthwash, rubbing alchohol for electronics cleaning)

1. Oxydol オキシドール is a 3% solution of hydrogen peroxyde, I doubt you can find anything stronger; it's mainly used for desinfectaion and I would not put it in my mounth, all the foam coming out will make you look like what???
Usually it comes in a white bootle, not brown, and a 500ml bottle was about 350JPY
As mounthwash you have the excellent GUM from Sunstar, even a nightcare ナイトケヤ　version is available, i.e, before going to bed.

2. Ethanol 消毒用エタノール, C2H6O 80vol.%, transparent or white bottle, 500ml for about 800JPY, if memory serves right

For cleaning parts I use Benzene and Acetone, depending on the item, first is on sale at a drugstore or a pharmacy, second at TokyuHands

My old dentist told me that rinsing with a 50/50 mix of hydrogen peroxide and water was a great idea. As I`m somewhat reluctant to visit the dentists here, I figured whatever I can do to stave off the inevitable would be good.

That, and the smokes do nothing for that lovely ivory shade my teeth are turning.

To remove stains from teeth he should have also mentionned brushing with baking powder and a slice of lemon.
