Default One question of your life time. What question do you ask?

If you could get an answer to one question you want to ask, what question would you ask? Let's say you ask this question almost at the end of your life. (otherwise, people will start posting the stock price, lotto number, and etc).
PS. I think most of the answers would be "others."

At the end of your life I'd have thought something along the lines of 'Is there life after death?' would be the obvious choice.
Are you actually congenitally thick or were you always that way? Paulh.

But, you would find that out soon, as this question is at your death bed.

Good point, but I don't think I'd be that interested in anything else at that stage all the same.

    I would ask....

Can I eat just one Lay's potato chip?

    Or

Can I really believe it is not butter?

Depends on the day. For example, this weekend I might be inclined to ask... "How does redjack know a TV's coochie doesn't self lubricate and that you can bottom out?"

Whatever the question is, the answer is bound to be "43."

Ah, but that was before intergalactic inflation. Dark energy and all that - you know how it goes.

Nope, nope; call it 'intergalactic' or 'cosmic', in either case, it is inflation. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cosmic_inflation That, and death and taxes, is all we can hope for - but it beats wallowing in the mud waiting for ones' house to be crushed.

Did life down here, begin out there? But, the answer would probably be 42 (adjusted for inflation of course)

Exactly. On that front, that was wrong as well. It was not a question, but a statement.

Or rather, it wasn't "not a question, but a statement"; but rather "not an answer but a statement", or, more specifically, "not an answer but a claim", or, even more specifically, "not an answer but a claim that Christ, indeed, is the answer". Which did, indeed, beg the question that at least one question existed for which Christ was the answer. But what was the question?
