text to speach for iphone

anyone know of any libraries for text to speach for iphone? Particularly looking to speak Japanese names. The idea is to subst in the owner's name into some canned speech previously recorded by a person. The name needs to be said in the speaker's voice (not the owner's).

Can anyone write me a paragraph (preferably not pornographic or rude) that includes all 110 unique Japanese sounds as used within words.. I want to record differnt voices and then cut these sounds up, catalog them and then use them to reconstruct other words within the context of other canned text..

Replying even tho I see he was banned.. This is just for the record..

speech... I just type too damned fast and my fingers go faster than my brain..
I ALWAYS type ea first then have to go back and change it. Sometimes I forget to check..

And its on my birth certificate JOHN... not Jonathan or any other alternate spelling...

These are mora transcriptions, except for the last row, {ん}in which I listen just listed allophones. By the way, I was curious, if you get a recording of, say, [ɾɑ̟] articulated by several people, how are you going construct a model sound from that data?

EDIT: Well, I didn't know gaijinpot uses the time-proven shift ʝɨzz charset. Its UTF-8 on my computer and I typed out the IPA from here http://westonruter.github.com/ipa-chart/keyboard/ in UTF-8 i wrote this, which means it is probably inaccurate, but it should give the idea of how many grapheme to phoneme operations are needed)

no need to respond to the spelling pedants. although annoying as /ʃɪt/, the spelling pedants are not a psychological abnormality nor an example of social deviance. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Linguistic_prescription. Unfortunately. I think this behaviour and mindset is just as commonplace in society as it is for religion, and just as technically nonsensical.
