Here are examples of how to fill out the tax declaration forms in English, including the business expense deductions example.
There are 4 forms in total, with the "receipts and expenses" taking up two as it is double sided. Hope people find it useful. There should be a section up this week showing submitting forms late and also submitting corrections for old taxes.
